I hereby certify that the health of
Mr Grand Tre is so
completely broken that I do not consider he will
ever again
be able permanently
to undertake the
duties of
his
situation. He might after a rest, be able to resume, but it would be but for a very short period, after which he would infallibly break down. I consider him in a much worse state of health than he was in October last.
